Accessory Shipping
Orders that do not include a sex doll will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS.
Non-doll orders may be shipped to P.O. Boxes where supported by the carrier.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total value of the items in your cart and the final delivery destination.
Customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees are not included in the shipping cost for non-doll orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected directly by the carrier or local customs authority.

Cancellation Policy
Custom-made products are handmade and produced to order, excluding repair kits and adhesives.
Any cancellation request must be confirmed by Echobae. A cancellation request made verbally or in writing will not be considered accepted until you receive confirmation from us.
The following cancellation fees apply to custom-made orders:
Within 7 days of placing the order: 25% cancellation fee
Between 7 and 14 days after placing the order: 50% cancellation fee
More than 14 days after placing the order: Cancellations are not accepted
Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return policy, and completed custom-made products are non-refundable.
Return & Refund Policy
Because our products are intimate and personal-use items, all sales are final.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds or store credit once a product has been sold.
